We review your profile.
Our team assesses your technical skills, communication, and readiness for international work. We'll be honest: not everyone gets in, and that's how we keep the quality high for both sides.
You enter the pool.
Once accepted, you become part of Tunga's active network. When a role comes up that fits your profile, we reach out.
Being in the pool is not a job guarantee. You're competing in a global market, and matching depends on what clients need at any given moment. The professionals who get matched most often are the ones who keep their skills sharp, communicate well, and invest in their own growth.

When you're matched with a client, Tunga stays present. Onboarding support, regular check-ins, and help navigating the dynamics of working with an international team. Your success is our success.

Do I need to relocate?
No. You work from wherever you are. Tunga engagements are fully remote.
What kind of roles are available?
Software engineering (frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, QA), AI and data, product management, design, and a range of knowledge work roles. The specifics depend on what clients need at any given time.
How long do engagements last?
Most are long-term: six months to multiple years. Some are project-based with a defined timeline. We always communicate expectations clearly before you start.
How does compensation work?
You receive consistent monthly payments through Tunga. Rates vary by role and experience level, and we negotiate to reflect the value of your work.
Can I work for multiple clients at the same time?
Usually not. Most engagements are full-time or substantial part-time, which means dedicating your working hours to one client. We'll discuss this during matching.
What if the engagement doesn't work out?
It happens. If a match isn't right for either side, Tunga helps transition. We don't leave you without options.
