You tell us what you need.
It starts with a conversation. What role are you looking for? What skills matter? What's your team like? We want to understand not just the job description, but the context the person will work in. This is how we avoid mismatches before they happen.
We search and vet.
Tunga has a pool of 3,000+ vetted professionals across 20 African countries. We don't send a long list. We match based on skill, experience, communication style, and cultural fit with your team. You get a focused shortlist of strong candidates, not a long list to sort through yourself.
You meet your shortlist.
We set up introductions. You talk to the candidates, get a feel for them, ask the questions that matter to you. We're there to facilitate, but the final choice is yours.
Onboarding happens.
Once you've selected someone, we handle the practicalities. Contract, payments, administration, compliance. Your new team member gets onboarded into your tools and workflows. We make sure they have the context to get started quickly.
The work begins. We stay involved.
This is where most staffing partners stop. Tunga doesn't. We stay present with performance guidance, cultural bridging, administrative support, and regular check-ins. If something isn't working, we step in. If a match doesn't hold, we replace. You focus on the work. We make sure the collaboration stays healthy.
